Morris E. Fischer

Morris E. Fischer concentrates his practice in employment and business law. Admitted to the bar for over fifteen years, Mr. Fischer possesses a wealth of unique and diversified experience. Early in his legal training, Mr. Fischer had the opportunity to clerk for New York State Supreme Court Justice Kenneth D. Molloy, where he obtained a bird's eye view of the legal system which has enriched his practice to this very day. Following that experience, he litigated hundreds of civil cases during his five years of New York practice, culminating in working for the President of the New York State Trial Lawyers' Association. Possessing both a legal degree from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg School of Law in Long Island, New York and an accounting degree from Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business. Mr. Fischer has used his education to focus on the client's true needs while providing tough, aggressive and vigorous representation.

Mr. Fischer has tried cases in New York, Washington, DC, Maryland, Texas, and Mississippi, where he and local counsel obtained a successful $870,000.00 federal jury verdict. Recently, won a $250,000 jury verdict, plus attorney fees and interest, against the secret service for a federal employee; a case that had been previously litigated for 19 years.

In addition to employment litigation, Mr. Fischer has reviewed, drafting and negotiated hundreds of employment contracts as well as many high dollar sales commission agreements, separation agreements, employee handbooks and offer letters. He provides clients the necessary confidence to navigate the challenging waters of job change.

Mr. Fischer has published the following works: Journal of the Suffolk Academy of Law, Why Shrink Wrap Licensing Agreements Should Be Enforceable Against Software Users Knowledgeable of Their Existence, Volume 12, 1998 and Contract Actions, Debt Collection, Your Guide to Making People Pay Up, Baltimore City Bar Association, Education Committee (2001). Mr. Fischer was a featured speaker at the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation, Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference, in a speech titled, "Dystonia and the ADA", held at Holy Cross hospital, Silver Spring, MD, November 14, 2010. He has also published a book, Secrets to Your Top Recovery, a guide enabling clients to maximize the attorney-client relationship to give the case the best chance of winning.

Daniel E. Kenney

After graduating law school a semester early in December 2009, Mr. Kenney, has passed two bar exams for the states of Maryland and New York. In 2010, he worked at the Rhode Island Securities Division, a state level government securities regulator. He is experienced with the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, which contains key retaliation and whistleblower protections for securities industries professionals and other whistleblowers. During the summer of 2008, Mr. Kenney worked for the Maryland Attorney, Morris Fischer, assisting the firm with litigation issues involving workplace discrimination and retaliation.

Mr. Kenney joined the firm as an associate in 2011 and within four months, second chaired a jury trial representing the plaintiff in Mogenhan v. Napolitano, CA 98-0817(JDS). Mr. Kenney was critical in helping the firm achieve a $250,000 jury verdict for compensatory damages and in drafting motions, now pending before the court, for over $600,000 in prejudgment and post-judgment interest and $250,000.00 in attorney's fees.

In October, 2011, Mr. Kenney was instrumental in Morin v. United States Postal Service, MSPB DC-0752-11-0876-I-1, in which a United States Postal employee was wrongfully terminated. Mr. Kenney successfully conducted several critical depositions in Durham, North Carolina, which swung the balance of the case to the Appellant.

Mr. Kenney was born and raised in the Boston, Massachusetts area. In 2006, Mr. Kenney graduated from the American University in Washington D.C. During college, he made Dean's list for academic excellence and was an active member of Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity. Following graduation, Mr. Kenney attended law school at the American University, Washington College of Law, where he was on the Contracts Dean's Fellow and was active in trial and appellate advocacy.

Kyle G. Ingram

Before joining the firm, Kyle G. Ingram attended American University Washington College of Law. While there, he was selected as a staff member for the Administrative Law Review, the most widely published legal journal. Mr. Ingram also served on the editorial board of the International Arbitration Brief, where he edited student research for the publication, as well as on the Board of the School's Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, where he was responsible for communications. While in law school, Mr. Ingram was a student-attorney with the civil practice clinic, where he helped low-income clients in Maryland and the District of Columbia achieve legal victories in family law and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Ingram was also a legal intern with the Department of the Interior’s Office of the Solicitor, where he worked on issues of constitutional and administrative law. As a Dean’s Fellow at the law school, Mr. Ingram researched issues of international human trafficking.

Mr. Ingram grew up in Columbus, Ohio. In 2005, he graduated from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. While in college, Mr. Ingram interned on Capitol Hill on the Congressional side. In 2008, he received his masters degree in economics from the Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich, Germany. Mr. Ingram has devoted hundreds of hours to working with the Salvation Army in Ohio in its effort to eradicate hunger and homelessness.

Mr. Ingram is devoted to his clients and their cases. He is proud to combine facility for argumentation with a sensitivity to clients' diverse needs. Mr. Ingram was admitted to practice law in the state of Maryland on December 15, 2011.
