Robert Webb concentrates his practice on labor and employment related issues. Mr. Webb graduated from Syracuse University College of Law in May 2011, where he was a member of the Journal of International Law and Commerce. During law school, Mr. Webb worked for Karen DeCrow, a past president of the National Organization for Women, where he gained experience in employment discrimination, advocating on behalf of clients in the Central New York region. In this position, Mr. Webb drafted appellate briefs, motions, and complaints and assisted with trials before the New York State Department of Human Rights. Mr. Webb also contributed to Ms. DeCrow’s New York State Bar Journal Article, The Opportunity to Be Part of the World: Legal Cases for Gender Equality. In addition, Mr. Webb was published in SUNY Upstate’s Center for Bioethics and Humanities newsletter, Bioethics in Brief, and he is accredited in professor Amy Campbell’s article, Comprehensive Law and Therapeutic Jurisprudence.
Post law school Mr. Webb has gained a wide array of legal experience in various areas of the law ranging from Patent to Securities litigation. Mr. Webb is currently admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
